Prosthodontists are specialists who
use their extensive knowledge and training to help patients restore
and repair their teeth. Specialists, like Dr. Pérez, often
handle complex dental cases and can help you have a beautiful,
functional smile no matter what state your teeth are in.
Prosthodontics is one of nine dental
specialties recognized by the American Dental Association (ADA).
While many general dentists complete four years of dental school,
prosthodontists receive another three years of specialized training
at an
ADA
accredited graduate education program in
addition to attending continuing education courses. In the dental
field, prosthodontists are considered the architects of dentistry.
They work with general dentists, other dental specialists, and even
health care professionals to develop solutions for your oral health. |

six months and adjust this time period based on your quality
of health. We are happy to arrange appointments at the end of your
initial visit and then send postcard reminders to let you know when

In this day and age, we know deciphering
your insurance benefits can be confusing. Fairway Dental accepts
PPO plans, but we can help you with your insurance concerns.
We will file most insurance forms for you.
We feel, however, that your insurance
should never dictate the quality or timing of your treatment. If
you have extensive or long term dental care, our office offers financial
assistance through CareCredit, Unicorn
Financial, Capital
One Healthcare Finance, and our own in-office
plan. If you have any questions, call us at 214-731-0558.

With so many whitening products on
the market these days, we often hear this question from our patients.
Dr. Pérez offers several services which are safe, effective,
and long lasting. Since each mouth is unique, however, we need to
evaluate your teeth to recommend a specific method. If your teeth
are cracked, chipped, or discolored, Dr. Pérez may recommend
restorative services, such as onlays, crowns, or veneers. If you
want to bleach your teeth, we use Power Bleaching in our office.

Yes! You should be very concerned
about bleeding gums, especially if you haven’t had a check-up
in a while. While it may seem harmless, bleeding gums may indicate
a variety of serious health problems, including gum disease. If your
gums are bleeding, call us as soon as possible to schedule an appointment
so we can analyze the cause.
